    Description

    Up for auction is an Interesting 2 Letter Correspondence between an unhappy customer & the A. C. Gilbert office in New Haven, CT back in 1957 !
    Seems the gent was having trouble with his knuckle couplers & offered to purchase repair parts.
    Gilbert Customer Service responded by sending him 2 dozen each of the affected parts, all at NO COST!
